Overview
The Compliance Auditor provides valuable data collection through observation, which is used as a measurement of compliance with policy, procedure, and process. The position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.
Auditors play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with established procedures, policies, regulations, and operational requirements. They monitor and audit processes, systems, and personnel in process and documentation to measure compliance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure quality standards are met.
Shift: AM / PM / Overnight
Pay: $16.00 an hour

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Collect data through inspection, observation, and personnel interaction
- Complete operational safety audits of any and all related lines of business within the station
- Complete operational quality audits on all bill of works and lines of service completed by ABM Aviation personnel within the station
- Complete training compliance audits within the station
- Complete product storage and distribution audits within the station
- Utilize Outlook email, Windows Suite applications, and auditing apps
- Utilize a computer, mobile phone, and audit recording devices
- Work various shifts and hours
- Work in a climate-controlled environment and in inclement weather, including rampside
- Work both independently and with a group or team
- Work around and with cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
- Walk on flat surfaces, sloped surfaces, ramp surfaces, up and down stairs, in tight spaces, and in terminals and buildings
- Safely operate a motor vehicle within the airport, including the aircraft operations area
- Bend, stand, and sit in aircraft seating rows for inspection and observation purposes
- Periodically cleans overhead vents, dusts blinds, and polishes wood furniture
- Monitors security and safety within the operational area by following airport security policies and procedures
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned, inclusive of touch-up on board aircraft as required
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
- Must meet SIDA badging and CBP endorsement requirements
- Must meet ABM driving requirements: 21 years of age, valid driver's license for 12 months or more, clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain driving privileges, non-movement, at the airport
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience.
- Prior experience in scheduling and dispatching employees.
