What You'll Be Doing
- Support accurate and timely monthly close of the general ledger, including accruals, amortizations, and adjusting journal entries
- Prepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts
- Review and analyze financial statements for assigned business units
- Prepare, distribute, and explain financial reports with actionable insights
- Perform inventory accounting, including standard vs. actual cost variance and physical inventory analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support operations
- Contribute to audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and/or IFRS
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
