Aboutthe Role
Asa CBRE Procurement Analyst, you will support vendor management and procurementoperations by monitoring supplier performance, ensuring compliance, and drivingaccountability across service providers. This role focuses on ensuring vendorsdeliver against agreed-upon commitments while identifying opportunities toimprove service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
Thisjob is part of the Procurement function, which is responsible for sourcing andpurchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers. Thisposition specifically supports a retail operations team focused on vendorperformance management, contract governance, and continuous improvementinitiatives across domestic (U.S.) supplier networks.
Thisis a remote role with a preference for candidates located near Dallas/Plano, TXfor occasional collaboration.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and service level agreements to ensure delivery on contractual commitments
- Track supplier activities and performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement vendor performance improvement plans as needed
- Ensure vendor compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and operational requirements
- Support the creation and management of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), including development of vendor KPIs
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide updates on vendor performance, risks, and savings opportunities
- Support cost reduction initiatives, including tracking and delivering savings against existing client contracts
- Coordinate and facilitate vendor reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and structured performance calls
- Serve as a key point of contact for vendor communication and relationship management
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and tracking of vendor activities and contract performance
WhatYou’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience in vendor management, supplier governance, or procurement operations
- Experience supporting U.S. domestic contracts, including MSA and SOW creation/management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors, contracts, and priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to structure and lead vendor calls, QBRs, and ongoing relationship management activities
- Demonstrated ability to track performance metrics and contribute to cost savings initiatives
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to hold vendors accountable and drive results
- High level of initiative with strong follow-up and accountability
- Experience in retail vendor management environments preferred

- Experience with procurement and vendor management systems, including:
- GRMS
- Achilles
- Leading Edge Only (LEO) – CBRE proposal tool
- Smart Sheets
- Corrigo
- Ability to edit and manage documents in Adobe (PDFs)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Moderate financial acumen (KPI tracking, reporting, savings analysis)
