Job Description: Digital Engagement Manager
Role overview
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Engagement Manager to join our Digital Experience Design team. This role will be responsible for executing the strategic direction of technology-focused content across digital experiences, ensuring complex technical concepts are translated into compelling, intuitive, and engaging narratives.
The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who can transform high-level ideas into tangible content deliverables that resonate with diverse audiences. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization to develop innovative content that supports business objectives, enhances user experiences, and elevates technology initiatives.
This role requires a blend of an ability to translate strategic requirements into operational content deliverables, stakeholder management, and creative thinking. The role is currently a single contributor role with an opportunity to manage a team in the future.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalization of user engagement
- Collaborate on the development of a strategic vision for technology-related engagement across digital experiences.
- Partner with teams to establish engagement frameworks, standards, and best practices that align with organizational goals and user needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness, clarity, and impact of technology engagement.
- Ensure initiatives support broader digital experience and business strategies.
- Content Development and Storytelling
- Translate complex technical concepts into engaging, user-friendly, and impactful engagements.
- Create compelling engagement initiatives that effectively and creatively support technology solutions, innovations, and business value driven initiatives.
- Guide the development of engagement assets
- Ensure user experience consistency for technology digital touchpoints.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with communications, technology leaders, subject matter experts, product teams, design teams, and business stakeholders to identify engagement opportunities and priorities.
- Facilitate discussions to gather information, align messaging, and drive initiatives forward.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure successful collaboration and delivery.
- Project Management & Execution
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Drive projects from concept through execution and delivery.
Qualifications

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Digital Media, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engagement strategy, communications, technical content development, digital content management, or a similar role.
- Experience leading engagement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling engagement intiatives.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
