In this role, you’ll work with large-tonnage equipment, including chillers and advanced HVAC/R systems, while traveling to different job sites. You'll be dispatched from home and provided with a company vehicle. Responsibilities
Check out some of your day:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment
- Service RTUs, split systems, refrigeration units, and basic controls
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Work extensively with commercial chillers and large-tonnage systems
- Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Document work accurately using mobile systems
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Travel to job sites daily (company vehicle provided)
Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
Required
- 8+ years of HVAC field experience including hands-on experience with chillers and commercial HVAC systems
- EPA Universal certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills within commercial / industrial applications
- Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation
Preferred
- NATE or other industry certifications
- Experience with boilers, VRF, and/or BAS controls
- Leadership or mentoring experience
