Our
Financial Analyst role is responsible forsupporting team members with research and analytical support associated withacquisitions, development projects, and/or asset management in the NortheastMarket.

- Assist leadership with ad hoc projects and business initiatives by conducting research, gathering data, performing analysis, preparing presentations, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business objectives.
- Perform financial analysis of acquisition, development, and investment opportunities through detailed financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and application of valuation methodologies.
- Support acquisition and development due diligence efforts by organizing transaction documentation, reviewing lease abstracts, validating underwriting assumptions, and analyzing property-level financial information.
- Conduct market research and evaluate economic, demographic, and competitive trends to support investment decisions, business strategies, and project underwriting.
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders, investors, lenders, and investment committees.
- Support transaction execution through review, redlining, tracking, and coordination of term sheets, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other legal and transactional documents.
- Assist with portfolio and asset management activities by maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and performance data.
- Analyze leasing activity, property performance, capital expenditures, and investment outcomes to support asset management and strategic decision-making.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance productivity, automate routine processes, improve data analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and support informed business decisions.
- Assist business office with maintaining company's proprietary asset management system (ELITE) data and information, including updated project budgets and forecasts.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Work Environment & Travel: Role is primarily in office with expected travel to job sites within the region.
What You’ll Need
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or marketing from appropriate 4-year college program. It is preferred, but not required, for candidates to have at least one year of experience in a commercial real estate, finance, investment, or consulting role that required strong analytical, financial, and project management skills. Trammell Crow Company carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $115,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on TCC’s applicable benefit program.
