Information Technology (IT) Manager (in-person for Arlington HQs)
Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated hands-on leadership & direction of an organization’s corporate IT infrastructure, technical support services (all tiers), and overarching cybersecurity posture 5-10+ yrs w/ minimum 3 yrs in leadership or supervisory management role); Proven record leading an IT Team maintaining, securing, and optimizing a Microsoft 365 GCC-High and Azure Government environment, as well as managing and safeguarding the enterprise network, system boundaries, and identity management frameworks (Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, MDM, RBAC); solid knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and experience driving the implementation, enforcement, and continuous assessment of controls required for Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and NIST 800-171; Understanding of System Security Plans, incident response protocols, and disaster recovery protocols; skilled in MS Teams and SharePoint management; TS/SCI clearance preferred; Active Secret level security clearance required with eligibility for TS/SCI preferred
