Commercial Logistics Planner to join our team in
Oahu, HI.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assists in coordinating the logistical functions of a firm, focusing on the acquisition and distribution of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of internal allocations and support the delivery of products to various sites.
- Monitor supply chain performance and recommend adjustments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Drafts and maintains commercial logistics coordination documentation for special operations activities in the Indo-Pacific.
- Prepare planning artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing commercial sustainment actions at regional mission-support sites.
- Assist in identifying operational gaps in commercial networks and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience using automated logistics or supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
Clearance Requirements
- Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance
Physical Requirements
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
