- Create and distribute program artifacts including project plans, communications, toolkits, and status reports; escalate issues and remove blockers to keep work on track.
- Coordinate an annual culture calendar (key moments, campaigns, learning events), manage logistics, and track participation to ensure consistent execution across locations.
- Partner with managers to identify engagement and capability needs; deliver targeted enablement that strengthens performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Measure effectiveness (surveys, participation trends, qualitative feedback) and translate insights into continuous improvement and scalable best practices.
- Model CBRE values and leadership behaviors; coach and mentor others, contributing to a culture of learning, accountability, and high service standards.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.

- Highly practiced facilitator with the ability to lead engaging virtual and in-person sessions; comfortable presenting to frontline teams through senior stakeholders.
