Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple workstreams, and a proactive approach to identifying survey design issues, improving data quality, and ensuring all outputs are accurate, organized, and actionable.

- Identify and flag anomalies or data quality issues throughout the research process
- Execute defined analysis plans using descriptive statistics and basic analytical techniques to identify key differences, trends, and meaningful patterns
- Validate findings against hypotheses and flag unexpected results
- Develop draft reports summarizing key findings, translating data into clear, concise insights with supporting evidence
- Build charts and tables that simplify complex information for stakeholders and iterate on deliverables based on feedback
- Own execution timelines for assigned research projects, proactively communicating risks or delays and proposing mitigation plans
- Maintain organization of files, outputs, and project documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior researchers to refine research plans and ensure outputs align to business questions and stakeholder needs
