About The Role
CBRE is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support facilities and operations for a premier global financial services organization known for its commitment to innovation, client experience, and long-term investment leadership. This
onsite role in Durham, NC supports a dynamic corporate campus spanning three buildings across 1.2 acres, featuring a parking garage, café, recreational spaces, and collaborative amenities.
This is a
fast-paced, growth-oriented opportunity where you will partner closely with engineering and operations teams while playing a key role in financial coordination, vendor management, and workplace experience support.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day facilities operations, partnering with engineering teams on maintenance and service execution.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Review and track financials, expenses, and invoices to support budget adherence.
- Utilize systems including Corrigo (CMMS), Ariba, and Kahua for work orders, procurement, and project tracking.
- Coordinate vendor services and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with site standards.
- Assist with meeting and event setup, ensuring spaces are prepared and organized.
- Maintain documentation related to facilities, operations, and financial processes.
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or property management.
- Working knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Proficiency in financial tracking, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Familiarity with systems such a Corrigo, Ariba, Kahua, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to lean, grow, and advance.
