Ensure programs are detecting all defects

Answer questions regarding workmanship criteria and defects

Support Production by providing Quality Engineer support

Ensure containment of all nonconforming material

Support cross functional teams
-
Support internal audits and customer audits.

Support proactive organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving
-
Complete Root Cause Corrective Action tasks
-
Support teams in collecting and analyzing quality information from multiple sources to develop long-term quality strategy and programs
-
Prepare and maintain Quality documentation
-
Performs duties required by the Quality Management System.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
-
Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-
Must have flexible work schedule and may be required to work on off-hours and weekends. This is a 2nd shift role
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Must be a dedicated professional committed to providing a positive example, developing a positive culture, and completing work on an agreed upon schedules.

Read and Interpretation of engineering drawings (Dimension, tolerance, and basic GD&T.
-
Symbology).
-
Familiar with industry specification and standards interpretation.
-
Familiar with inspection methods and techniques.
-
Experience leading teams with continuous improvement principles, Six Sigma, lean, 5S etc.
-
Familiar with problem solving techniques like PDCA.
-
Able to make quick decisions based in facts and risk analysis, even under high-pressured
-
situations.
-
Familiar with AS9102 and or First Article Inspection process and requirements.
-
Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
