Pay: $53,000-$100,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s
education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
- Track and report daily and weekly labor performance vs. budget
- Analyze labor data to identify variances, trends, and cost-saving opportunities
- Support forecasting and monitoring of labor hours, productivity, and expenses
- Assist in identifying and escalating over-budget jobs to leadership
- Maintain accuracy of labor and operational data, including square footage, scope of work, and labor hours
- Support job setup and closeout processes, ensuring proper labor coding and cost tracking
- Assist with onboarding new accounts by validating labor assumptions and inputs
- Monitor overtime, temp labor, and scheduling inefficiencies to identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in performance review processes and help track corrective actions
- Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data files to support decision-making
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Support process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and visibility
- Assist with branch and account performance analysis, including identifying drivers of underperformance
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to support performance improvement efforts
- Provide timely and accurate ad hoc analysis as needed
- Report directly to the Sr Director of Workforce Productivity
- Provide analytical and operational support to the Sr Director of Workforce Productivity
- Partner closely with District Managers and Branch Managers to support day-to-day labor performance and execution
- Collaborate with the FP&A to align reporting, forecasting, and financial insights
- Work cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to support business performance

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with data tools a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
