What You'll Be Doing
- Lead technical support initiatives that optimize cement performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with customers, sales teams, and operations to identify solutions and drive successful product applications.
- Analyze product performance data and provide recommendations that improve manufacturing and customer outcomes.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, delivering training, presentations, and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across functions to support product development, continuous improvement, and market growth opportunities.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise in cement manufacturing, concrete technology, construction materials, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with customers, commercial teams, and operational partners.
- Capability to influence, collaborate, and lead technical projects across multiple stakeholders and locations.
- Commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Work Environment
- Primarily field and office-based role with regular travel to customer sites, plants, laboratories, and industry events.
- Frequent interaction with customers, operations, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders.
- May require work in industrial environments, including manufacturing facilities, with appropriate safety equipment and procedures.
- Flexible schedule may be required to support customer needs, operational priorities, and project deadlines.
