We're seeking a strategic thinker and natural self-starter to join our Strategic Planning team as a Program Manager. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing and expanding our last-mile delivery network, directly impacting millions of customer experiences across Japan.
This role combines data-driven decision making with strategic planning to create efficient, sustainable delivery networks — and it requires someone who is comfortable supporting complex cross-functional projects with a true hands-on approach. Key job responsibilities
• Lead strategic long range planning programs for on-road planning and execution. Define and implement complex initiatives addressing critical business challenges across the organization that are scalable for future long range planning needs.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with stakeholders including long-term topology, capacity planning, capacity supply partner teams to develop program strategy, manage timelines, and change management
• Analyze complex data sets and work closely with partner teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact long range improvement projects
• Develop and Track Key Performance Indicators for the programs they lead. Hold stakeholders accountable for on-time, high quality program delivery.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to make high-velocity decisions in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
• Drive continuous improvement through multi-project management, maintaining quality standards while meeting critical deadlines
