JP Seller Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive two critical growth levers for 3P Sellers: Amazon Ads and Deals. This is a high-impact role that requires deep Amazon Ads expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable program solutions.
For the Amazon Ads scope, you will lead (1) the existing program expansion (Ads Specialist) that provides exceptional support for Amazon Ads optimization through dedicated Specialists with deep Amazon Ads expertise, (2) the development of an AI-powered Ads optimization mechanism, starting from strategy and recommendation logic development to Go-to-Market planning and tracking, (3) internal/external Ads management tool utilization to enhance our ability to boost Seller growth, and (4) training program development to bottom-up Consultants' Amazon Ads literacy.
For the Deal scope, you will engage with the development of an AI-powered Deal program optimization mechanism (e.g., the best Deal feature selection and timing) and GTM planning and execution, closely working with other teams.

Key job responsibilities
Amazon Ads Program Management
- Design, operate and scale the Ad Specialist consulting program
- Lead AI-powered Ad optimization program development end-to-end, from problem definition and solution design through GTM, partnering with Tech/Science teams on development while owning the PM workstream
- Drive continuous evolution of Ad optimization processes by leveraging internal and external tools to improve efficiency and Seller outcomes
- Lead the development of Amazon Ads training programs to uplift AM/MC capabilities
Deal Program Management
- Develop business strategy and blueprints for optimizing utilization across multiple Deal programs, working with the leading team closely
- Design and lead end-to-end program builds to enable AMs/MCs to take effective, data-driven actions on Deal opportunities
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Tech/Science teams to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of AI-powered solutions
- Collaborate with Amazon Ads teams, AM/MC organizations, and senior leadership to align program strategies with broader business objectives
- Establish mechanisms to measure program impact, report business performance, and communicate results to senior leadership
