TheGroup Leadercontributes essential support to departments and supervisors by coordinating activities, workflow, and resources to achieve daily goals. This role helpsmaintainaccuracy, performance standards, and compliance with safe work practices across the distribution team.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform routine technical support tasks in the warehouse under general supervision, reporting any issues or deviations to the internal team.
• Gather employee feedback across departments to ensure technical support is aligned with business needs.
• Communicate with supervisors to understand staffing needs, assignments, and resource allocation.
•Maintainkey performance metrics tomonitordistribution transactions and service levels.
• Collect and analyze departmental data on KPIs to measure progress toward expected outcomes.
•Monitorday‑to‑dayoperations and apply LEAN principles to support efficient workflows.
•Operateforklifts andmaterial‑handlingequipment safely;assistin reinforcing safety protocols with team members.
• Support the execution of distribution strategies by helping to translate goals intoteam‑levelactions.
• Organize workloads, schedules, and educational materials to keep operations running on time.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basicproblem‑solvinganddecision‑makingabilities.
• Ability tooperateforklifts andmaterial‑handlingequipment (training provided if needed).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• 0–1 year of relevant warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46
