What you´ll do
- Perform / support completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product related performance complaints
- Provide technical resource and assessment to market while supporting “must win” projects and programs
- Complete Customer Technical Request Testing and Reports within the Application Engineering database or equivalent, including 'customer ready' reports
- Maintain laboratory equipment, support ongoing standardization, harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
- Conduct calibration and safety checks on lab and application equipment to meet regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external technical requests and projects
- Maintain documentation of lab activities in application engineering database
- Write customer facing reports for the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs, Marketing, PD and Innovations or project team
- Directly communicate with the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs or project team
- Train Sales/Marketing and other Application Engineering personnel on products
- Performs customer lab demonstrations and customer training
