What you´ll do
The Senior AI & Digital Innovation Marketing Manager is responsible for accelerating digital transformation and AI adoption by connecting global strategy with local business execution. Working within the Marketing & Strategy team in the Americas, this role serves as the primary liaison between global AI and digital leadership and local business stakeholders, ensuring enterprise initiatives are effectively translated into solutions that drive business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience improvements, and organizational capability building.
This role will develop and manage a local digital innovation roadmap that aligns with global priorities, governance, and technology standards while identifying opportunities to influence the broader enterprise agenda through local insights, use cases, pilot results, and market needs.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, change leader, and hands-on practitioner who can identify opportunities, build business cases, manage pilot initiatives, evaluate technologies and partners, facilitate training and adoption programs, and secure stakeholder alignment across all levels of the organization.
Digital Innovation Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and maintain a local digital innovation roadmap that aligns with global AI, digital, and technology strategies.
- Partner closely with global teams to translate enterprise initiatives into practical, locally relevant opportunities and programs.
- Represent local business needs, opportunities, and market insights within global planning and prioritization discussions.
- Identify emerging technology, AI, and digital innovation opportunities that support business growth, efficiency, and customer experience objectives.
Innovation Delivery & Use Case Development
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and digital innovation use cases across marketing, commercial, and business functions.
- Lead the planning and execution of pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives, working collaboratively with business stakeholders, agencies, and technology partners.
- Measure results, capture learnings, and recommend opportunities for scaling successful solutions.
Adoption, Training & Change Leadership
- Drive organizational readiness and adoption of AI and digital capabilities by developing communication, training, and enablement programs.
- Facilitate
workshops, learning sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities that
build digital skills and foster a culture of innovation.
- Act as a change
champion, helping teams embrace new technologies and ways of working.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Leadership
- Build strong
partnerships across local and global teams to ensure alignment,
collaboration, and successful execution of innovation initiatives.
- Develop business
cases, executive presentations, and investment recommendations to secure
leadership support and funding.
- Communicate
progress, outcomes, opportunities, and risks to key stakeholders and
senior leaders.
Technology & Partner Management
- Evaluate
technology solutions and recommend capabilities that align with enterprise
standards and business needs.
- Manage
relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to support
innovation initiatives and pilot execution.
- Support budget planning, investment
prioritization, and resource allocation for digital innovation activities.
