- Create, coordinate supplier complaints, 8D feedback, 8D effectiveness, ensuring closure of actions,
communicate lessons-learnt
- Train and support supplier complaint coordinators in use of SCMS system, incl. escalation support
where needed
- Extract and analyze suppliers' complaint report and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support SQ&D in selection/ onboarding of suppliers (e.g., trial production and approval etc.) and
joint development programs
- Support the SQ&D team to apply the global strategy and program in the region
- Support site activities related to RM as internal RM audit / RM SQC activities/ RM NCMR activities
