Description:WHO WE ARE:Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems has an opportunity for a Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead for operational systems within the Ground Cyber Electronic Warfare portfolio. The successful candidate will be an engineering leader to oversee operations and maintenance for complex software-defined RF system installations in OCONUS/CONUS locations. Ability to travel to OCONUS locations several times throughout the year is desired for this position.
THE WORK:The SEIT Lead would maintain and enhance the engineering baseline, develop testing strategies for upgrades, and oversee the change management process including chairing engineering review boards. The candidate must develop a deep technical knowledge of all aspects of the system architecture in order to identify change impacts due to obsolescence as well as guide paths to expanded capabilities for growth opportunities. As a technical leader, the candidate will be a primary subject matter expert of the system, comfortable with leading technical discussions across internal engineering disciplines, internal senior leadership, and external customers.

• 9 years of professional experience OR 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
• Security Clearance required Prior to Start: Top Secret
• Experience in systems engineering and change management
• Ability to travel to OCONUS locations

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
