- Drive supplier quality issues from complaint
initiation through closure, including 8D corrective actions, effectiveness
verification, escalation management, and communication of lessons learned.
- Analyze supplier quality
performance data and complaint trends to identify risks, drive continuous
improvement, and escalate critical supplier concerns when necessary.
- Support supplier selection,
qualification, onboarding, and development activities, including trial
production approvals and supplier improvement programs.
- Conduct and support supplier,
internal, certification, and customer audits, ensuring compliance with
quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to maintain supplier specifications, manage raw
material and packaging changes, and support incoming quality inspection
requirements.
- Drive implementation of
regional and global supplier quality strategies, providing training,
system support, and guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
