What you´ll do
- Drive the
Non-Conformance Material Review (NCMR) process, including containment,
disposition decisions, investigation coordination, and timely closure of
actions.
- Lead quality issue resolution
through root cause analysis, 8D investigations, corrective actions, and
verification of effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report
quality performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for
continuous improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and improve
quality systems, policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure
compliance and operational excellence.
- Partner with manufacturing,
engineering, and technical teams to resolve quality issues and implement
process and product quality improvements.
- Provide training, guidance,
and day-to-day support on quality systems and processes, while supporting
customer requests and strategic quality initiatives
