As anIT Construction Project Manager, you willberesponsible forleading the on-site execution of IT/OT infrastructure during the construction and commissioning phases, ensuring that all systems are implemented in alignment with design specifications and project timelines.You will serveas the primary interface between field operations, construction teams, and IT engineering, coordinating installation, site readiness, and commissioning activities while managing risks,logistics, and contractor/vendor performance. The Construction Manager ensures seamless transition from design to build by driving field-level execution of connectivity, infrastructure, and security solutions,maintainingalignment with Project Execution (PEx) leadership, and supporting commissioning readiness through disciplined oversight and issue resolution.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads and coordinates a variety of sophisticated projects with significant impact to our organization
- Understands business requirements, project risks and project lifecycle
- Applies expertise and leadership skills to advise staff and to resolve issues
- Measures and reports project performance to our leadership team
- Cultivates relationship with our clients and company partners; mentors others
- Collaborates with others on software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies and deployment management
- Uses business applications for competitive advantage
- Applies knowledge of business challenges to improve products, processes or services
- Interprets internal/external customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies responses
- Tracksrisks, dependencies, and interdependencies across multiple IT workstreams
- Supportsprocurement efforts and helpsdefine field requirements related to infrastructure, security, and communications early in the project lifecycle
- Synthesizesand communicatesclear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identifiesand resolvesdesign gaps tomaintainmomentum and execution readiness
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or engineering; minimum seven (7) years’ experience in project management with a minimum three (3) years’ experience in information technology or minimum eleven (11) years’ related business experience
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Other Requirements:
- This position may be based in Tulsa, Houston, or Salt Lake City. Candidates not located in Salt Lake City should expect extended periods of travel, as needed
- Demonstrates strong organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Has developed conceptual and practical expertise in own field
