What you´ll do
- Lead daily Shipping operations, overseeing packer
productivity, coaching, performance management, and team engagement.
- Plan and adjust workloads to meet daily, monthly, and
annual shipping targets aligned with sales goals.
- Ensure accuracy in order picking, packing,
documentation, and back-order handling to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments with TL/LTL
carriers and resolve mis-shipments or customer delivery issues.
- Manage shipping supplies and maintain a clean,
organized, and secure work area.
- Track, analyze, and drive key performance indicators
(KPIs) such as throughput, on-time shipping, order accuracy, and labor
productivity to improve operational performance.
- Maintain ISO 9001 compliance through updated
procedures, training, and adherence to quality standards.
