What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production.
- Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and workplace safety.
- Load, move, and handle materials in accordance with operating procedures and quality standards.
- Complete basic maintenance, housekeeping, and operational tasks to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while following all safety and environmental requirements. What Are We Looking For

- Ability to operate, inspect, and troubleshoot industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer
