As a UX Product Designer, you will be an integral part of an innovative and bold initiative that takes a modern approachofdisciplinedAgile andLean software practices aimed at transforming healthcare and pharmacy. The UX Product Designer is essential to ensuring product success and end-user satisfaction in a highly collaborative environmentworking within an ecosystem of apps for a pharmacy benefits management platform known asmyPBM. You will help educate both business and technology teamson human-centered design and UX best practices,as well as lead products from discovery through iterative delivery.
A firm understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies is crucial for success in the role. Empathy, creative problem-solving, comfort with uncertainty, pairing with team members, excellent communication skills,curiosity,and learning are the foundational characteristics of the UX Product Designer.
Your key responsibilities

Experience working directly with business, product, and tech stakeholders to produce great user experiences thatsatisfyuser needs, business needs and technicallyfeasibility
How your first monthmightlook likethis:
Week 1:Meet yourbuddyand manager to ensure your computer is set up, and you have all the key softwareand toolsyou need.Meet your product team to begin understanding product goals,scope, andnear-termexpectations from you.
Week 2:beginworkingclosely with your product manager and business owner to familiarize or begin to define userjourneys.You’lldive into setting up your Figmafiles to set up your workspace with what you need to begin low fidelity wireframes or familiarize yourself with the existing designs. You will also meet themyPBMdesign team and get familiarized with design systems, patterns, standards, and tooling.
Month 1:By the end of the first month,you’llberegularlyproducing mock-ups for delivery, advocating for good UX, accessibility, and design system standards.You’llannotate designs wherenecessary,especially to ensure accessibility. Workingwith PMs andengineers,you’llensure alignment on story requirements and feasibility.Team meetingsand pairingwill give you ageneral understanding of the broadermyPBMecosystem.
Adhocfeedback throughMSTeams channels for design system usage, standards, feedback, and general chatter
Design pairing - work simultaneously with another designer to naturally share knowledge around domain, process, tooling,etc.
1+ year of experience with modern front-end technologies andopen sourceframeworks (e.g.Material Design, HTML/CSS, grid systems, responsive design)
Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Fine Arts, Computer Science or Similar. Equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree considered.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
