The Business Transformation Finance Senior Manager (Finance Process Innovation Enablement (FPIE) team will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and architect holistic, forward-thinking technical and artificial intelligence enabled solutions encompassing process, people, and technology changes to transform financial data into actionable business insights (BI) . In this role, you will also perform the duties of a Financial Data Integration lead, developing and maintaining the processes, standards, and data quality of all technical solutions. Acting as a critical bridge, you will challenge the status quo, run process redesign workshops, and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams following structured software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
You will work both individually and within larger project teams, engaging technical and business teams end-to-end to drive shared ownership, reduce errors, and accelerate the financial time-to-close. Because these initiatives are conceived at the highest levels of the organization, you will regularly collaborate with leadership, multiple business stakeholder groups, and IT to gain alignment, handle change requests, and provide executive updates.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand operational pain points, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend multifaceted solutions spanning process, people, and technology.
- Lead financial data integration by developing, optimizing, and monitoring processes and standards for all interfaces as part of technical solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and process redesign sessions to map current-state inefficiencies, minimize financial errors, and design optimized future-state processes or technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, collaborating closely with IT and development teams throughout the Agile/Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Set priorities, maintain delivery accountability, and foster a high-performance team through coaching, mentoring, and removal of blockers.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside business owners to validate technical solutions, including but not limited to interface and data enhancements.
- Manage data quality and governance by evaluating monthly and annual enhancement change requests, aligning Business Data Stewards, the Finance Data Governance Office, and IT to maximize data quality and maintain compliance. Standardize KPI definitions, business logic, and data lineage documentation across the Finance organization to eliminate manual variances and establish a single source of truth.
- Secure executive alignment by preparing data-driven presentations and providing regular status updates to senior leadership and executives.
- Act as an effective change agent, utilizing standard change management approaches, including stakeholder analysis, risk assessments, change impact assessments, communications & training strategies, to ensure smooth adoption of new technical solutions and streamlined processes.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor's Degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience in business analysis, finance transformation, or financial reporting.
- Demonstrated experience navigating the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and managing data integration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, general ledger, and accounting principles, with specific experience in SAP/PeopleSoft ERP or tools like Oracle EPM, Qlik or other BI tools and architecture, AI Platforms.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- MBA or experience working in a tier-1 management consulting organization.
- Certifications: CPA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional).
- Deep understanding of data management fundamentals, continuous improvement initiatives, and error prevention/correction frameworks.
- Strong comfort level challenging existing processes and presenting alternative, creative solutions to leadership.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to create compelling materials (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) for SVP level executives.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data architecture concepts (e.g., Medallion Architecture, BigQuery) and cloud-based data pipeline tools (e.g., Talend Cloud).
- Experience leveraging GenAI or LLM-based tools (e.g., Gemini, Qlik Answers) to accelerate BI development workflows.
- Ability to work with a limited amount of supervision in a challenging environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Proven ability to drive results up and across a matrixed organization, regardless of formal reporting structures.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $116,500.00 - $223,000.00.
