What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily loadout operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.
- Monitor loadout processes, equipment performance, and inventory movement to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadout activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.
- Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial, manufacturing, aggregates, cement, or related operational environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to foster a positive safety culture.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use operational systems, analyze performance data, and drive process improvements.
Work Environment
- Work is performed primarily in an industrial aggregates and cement loadout environment with exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions.
- Frequent interaction with employees, contractors, truck drivers, and customers.
- May require occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call support based on business needs.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
