We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to help us build high-performance API services that secure and protect API traffic at OCI.
As an ideal candidate, you will have knowledge of large-scale services in a distributed cloud environment. In addition, you will have an understanding of Linux fundamentals and will combine this knowledge with your hands-on experience in software development. You will champion creating an engineering environment that embodies the best development and testing practices for delivering secure, scalable, and highly available services. Automate common tasks to enable continuous delivery and ensure continuous availability with minimal human overhead.
Drive performant, scalable, and forward-thinking solutions to completion on time.
Maintain both development and production infrastructure as part of a customer-focused engineering culture with operational excellence.
Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to leadership, team members, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying areas of need and engaging with stakeholders to scope work.
Mentor and coach junior members in the team.
Raise the bar for engineering quality and best practices.
