Overview
The Advanced Analytics Manager is a highly technical, hands-on role responsible for conducting complex analyses that move ABM beyond reporting into decision-ready insights. This individual will own the design and delivery of predictive and prescriptive analyses while continuously experimenting with emerging technologies and methods.
In addition, this role will informally serve as a mentor and technical guide to junior resources across reporting, diagnostic, and predictive analytics, helping elevate the entire team’s capabilities while setting the standard for technical rigor and innovation.

- Embed decision-support outputs into dashboards and workflows as needed
- Promote adoption of advanced analytics through storytelling and practical examples
Example Projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Decision Sciences, Applied Mathematics, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years building predictive/prescriptive models hands-on
- Deep understanding of statistical theory and methods as they apply to data analytics, including regression and correlation, experimental design, sampling, probability distributions, time series analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Demonstrated ability to apply statistical rigor to model development, validation, and interpretation
- Advanced technical proficiency in R, SQL, Excel, DAX and Power BI; experience building, testing, and optimizing models.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and apply them to real-world problems
- Strong ability to communicate technical outputs to senior business leaders in actionable, accessible terms
- Proven success mentoring analysts across reporting, diagnostic, and predictive disciplines
