Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Project, Asset, Construction and Engineering (PACE) Center of Expertise (COE) organization is seeking a talented and motivated Senior General Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team in Tukwila, WA.
In this role, you will help drive operational excellence by supporting the continuous improvement of Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) processes, software solutions, and user experience across the organization. Working collaboratively with business partners, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute to process standardization, software enablement, training, and change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and support successful adoption of enterprise tools.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PMCM software training materials, user guides, reference documentation, and other instructional resources
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing guidance, documentation, and training materials; identify opportunities for improvement; and develop innovative learning solutions to support diverse user needs
Support the ongoing administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of PMCM software applications, including user access, data maintenance, issue tracking, and software configuration activities
Monitor and support an agile software configuration environment, coordinating software updates, enhancements, and release activities
Lead and support change management initiatives related to PMCM software and processes, including stakeholder communications, documentation updates, user readiness, and adoption efforts
Support the development, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of PMCM processes to strengthen overall COE process management
Collaborate with business partners, technical teams, process owners, and other stakeholders to identify business needs, improve software usability, and optimize processes
Assist with blockpoint planning and implementation activities to support successful software deployments and process adoption
Ensure process documentation and training materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with established standards and best practices
Serve as a mentor and knowledge resource for other analysts, providing guidance and sharing best practices to support team development
Support special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
5+ years of experience with Project or Construction Management
3+ years of experience with analysis of financial statements, financial or resource forecasts, and/or the assessment of associated risks and opportunities
3+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
3+ years of experience administering hardware, software, and network systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience in program management and/or financial management/analysis
5+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management
5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
3+ years of experience in working with project finances
Experience with contract management, invoice management/reconciliation, and vendor management

Summary Pay Range: $126,650 - $171,350
