In this position, you will plan, coordinate and organize marketing activities, resources and schedules for accomplishment of pursuit, communications, business development, and marketing objectives of the business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned pursuits and market initiatives, qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submittals from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and stakeholder coordination:
- Review RFP/RFQ and client’s needs
- Compose an outline of criteria/responsibilities
- Assign responsibilities/monitor deadlines
- Produce content which best meets client’s criteria
- Write/edit content
- Lead kickoff and quality review meetings
- Participate in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives including:
- Collect and analyze relevant market data
- Assemble detailed data reports on specific market verticals and clients across multiple industries
- Utilize market data to create and disseminate targeted messaging across multiple platforms
- Research and analyze keywords, develop content, develop landing pages and track click-thru rates, conversion rates and overall ROI
- Design and edit marketing/business development documents (i.e. digital and print assets) and contribute to the development of marketing and pursuit strategies.
- Research and prepare analytics, reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate marketing communications, digital content, industry events, conferences, and other market-facing activities as required, which may require some travel.
- Track and maintain internal database of project descriptions, resumes, standard content, clients, subconsultants, contacts (i.e. CRM).
- Coordinate and create website and digital content that supports business development and market initiatives.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements, and proactively recommend solutions to support successful marketing and pursuit outcomes.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (life, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
