U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a future team member for the role of ETF Operations Specialist to support our Fund Accounting team.
The ETF Operations Specialist will support the growing ETF complexity and volume.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure accurate and timely basket compilation
- Reduce operation risk as demand continues to scale
- Maintain ETF basket funds and corporate action processing
- ETF basket price completion across the floor
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 10 am to 7 pm (CT)
Location: 3 or more days in the Tempe, AZ office
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years of experience in accounting or finance activities

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills by identifying root causes, resolving issues efficiently, and implementing effective solutions to support business operations.
- Apply proactive and forward‑thinking approaches to identify what needs to be priced and research information needed to move forward
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $63,250.52 - $74,412.38
