What you´ll do
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound
deliveries, returns, repacks, inventory management, and promotional
pack-outs.
- Ensure efficient material flow through resource
planning, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse maintenance
programs.
- Lead and maintain compliance with all SHEQ, safety,
environmental, and regulatory requirements while fostering a safe
workplace culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance
warehouse processes, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
- Manage warehouse budgets, including labor, overtime,
maintenance, and supplies, while ensuring equipment reliability through
preventive maintenance.
- Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team through
performance management, problem-solving, and skills development.
