The Procurement Operations and Project Manager role puts you
shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership, giving you a front-row seat to how
a global organization makes high-stakes sourcing decisions - while building the
analytical, project management, and executive-communication skills that
fast-track a career.
- Builds necessary expertise along processes, project management, digital transformation to ensure best-in-class procurement performance
- Manages internal and external communications, align cross-functional requirements, and prepare and present initiatives to an executive-level audience
- Executes regional sourcing initiatives - including supplier consolidation and process optimization - alongside engagement efforts that bring the winning culture agenda to life

Partners with the sourcing team on supplier, market, and spend analytics to uncover optimization and cost-saving opportunities, then track and report the value you help deliver
- Expands the use of existing and emerging digital tools to unlock better insights from internal data and sharper decision-making

Prioritizes information needs, including capturing requirements and building reports and dashboards
- Keeps up to date with the latest industry trends
- Coordinates meeting logistics end-to-end, from securing facilities to sending invitations and briefing materials
- Provides chief-of-staff-caliber support, bringing an outside-in perspective that challenges assumptions and sharpens outcomes
