This homecare position focuses on G-tube care in a low-acuity setting. Comprehensive paid training and ongoing clinical support are provided, making this a great opportunity to build your skills while delivering exceptional patient care.
Available Shifts
Overnight Opportunities
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday overnights; 7PM-7AM
- Flexible scheduling available
Weekend Day Shifts
- Saturday and/or Sunday day shifts

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and follow the established plan of care, requesting revisions as patient needs change
- Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
- Monitor patient condition and communicate significant changes to the physician or supervisor
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments while documenting patient response
- Support patient and family education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as appropriate
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
- One year of RN experience preferred
