Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are hiring a Program Manager reporting directly to the Senior Director of HRBP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects and programs within agreed timelines and scope and serve as a subject matter expert and partner. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
Partner cross-functionally with teams from recruitment human resources, marketing, Strategic Finance, Workplace, and corporate communications.
Align with partners on project roles and responsibilities and project deliverables.
Partner with Project Managers and business partners to execute against the project plan.
Establish project standards meeting cadence, version control for project documentation and workflows to ensure the success of each program.
Communicate program status across core teams, stakeholder updates and executives.
