Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards that support enterprise reporting initiatives across Global Engineering and Technology Center.

Build optimized data models, queries, and ETL pipelines using SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), and Microsoft Fabric.

Support ongoing dashboard sustainment, including bug fixes, performance optimization, data validation, issue resolution, and user support.

Collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams to integrate new features, automate workflows, and improve existing reporting structures.

Document dashboard logic, participate in code reviews, support testing activities, and ensure alignment with data governance and quality standards.

Engage with technical and business partners to deliver high‑quality analytics solutions that enable digital transformation and operational insights.

Support team development by participating in knowledge transfer, mentoring junior developers, and helping implement scalable development practices.

Qualifications you must have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

Background in Power BI development, including expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and dashboard automation
-
Proficiency in SQL and data query optimization, with hands‑on experience building and maintaining ETL workflow
-
Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering

Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data engineering platforms.

Solid understanding of data governance practices, reporting standards, and scalable dashboard design.

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and methodologies, with a focus on driving efficiency and process enhancement.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, communication, and collaboration
