The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate Manager, Monetization Ops & Strategy to accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market/product strategy for our business.This individual will collaborate with key business partners across marketing, sales, finance, product, and operations to spearhead key initiatives These include crafting new business models, optimizing pricing and packaging strategies for existing and future offerings, driving improved execution of pricing strategies, and evolving LinkedIn’s global pricing policies.

Responsibilities:
- Drive components of GTM/Product execution workstreams related to monetization, activation, and operational efficiency—identifying required analyses, supporting hypotheses, and contributing to recommendations.
- Create and communicate data-backed insights through reporting, analysis, and qualitative research; independently build scaled reports and ad hoc analyses.
- Forecast, track, and report on key Pricing metrics, understanding metric definitions, performance drivers, and underlying root causes for variations (e.g., win/loss, discounting, churn).
- Support operational rigor by identifying process gaps, checking governance adherence, and contributing to process enhancements or automation opportunities.
- Contribute to pricing policy and process training, and help socialize changes to sales, XFN partners, and regional counterparts.
- Engage cross‑functional partners to align on proposed changes, gather regional input, and tailor communications with manager support.
Additional Information
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, consulting, banking, or other strategic & analytical role
- BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Capability to structure complex problems, apply analytical and modeling techniques, and assist in building clear and actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks and manage individual deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to gather data from various sources, synthesizing findings to support the development of broader strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to assist in workflow automation and reporting, helping to surface insights that drive team and business performance.
- Competency in applying basic statistical concepts to test hypotheses and identify patterns
- Skilled in performing financial and data analysis, providing the quantitative groundwork used to inform business decisions
