Senior Analyst – Analytics @ Toyota Financial Services
Toyota Financial Services is looking for highly motivatedSenior Analystsfor various open roles across our analytics teams. The primary focus of the Senior Analyst will be to support data-driven decisions through the acquisition and analysis of data andthe effectivecommunication of actionable insights.
This position is based at the Toyota Headquarters in Plano, TX withan expectation to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

PricingandOriginationsAnalytics
The team is responsible for leading the development and delivery of analyses and reports for monthly Pricing Committee meetings, leveraging the origination cashflow model to conduct pricing and profitability assessments, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, address key business questions, and drive improved outcomes.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical thinking, financial acumen, and financial modeling skills, along with exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively. The role also requires advancedproficiencyin Excel and Tableau, as well as working knowledge of SQL orpython.
Sales Compliance & Analytics
The Sales & Compliance Analytics team supports Sales Operations Compliance, Enterprise Compliance, and Field Sales with reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision support.
Using SQL and Python, this role handles ad hoc data requests, performs root cause analyses, and supportscomplianceissue tracking and remediation.
Build relationships with key stakeholders across Toyota such as Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Insurance, Risk, Technology, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Treasury,Commercial Lending, etc.
Become a subject matter expert within yourbusiness areaby developing a comprehensive understanding of its strategies, processes, policies, and data.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or similar quantitative STEM field.
MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or similar quantitative STEM field.
