What you´ll do
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing and high-quality products while meeting plant KPIs, budgets, and production goals.
- Supervise production employees, including staffing, training, performance management, scheduling, and employee development.
- Monitor line performance, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and production data, taking corrective action as needed to address issues and improve results.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards, including PPE requirements, 5S practices, and quality control procedures.
- Complete production reporting, investigate variances, lead team communications, and support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
- The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
