The individual chosen for this position will manage junior analysts and coordinate all aspects regarding CGO EVMS submissions, develop, present and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), support investment business cases, and baseline scope expansion tasking.

Analyzing capacitization investment EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to CGO leadership and the program community.

The projects have material and manufacturing development, which requires experience of integrating and managing large suppliers

Partnering with the CGO Finance Director to help implement and shape the strategic Financial outlook for the CGO over the Long Range Plan (LRP).

Create consensus among senior executive leaders around best path to enabling Raytheon to deliver accelerated production and associated financial benefits to its stakeholders
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience

Experience with MS Office (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)

Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, Quality, etc.)

Experience in applications of EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/ Schedule Integration or a similar system

Experience leading and mentoring peers and junior analysts

Experience with SAP including PRISM MRP

Experience with financial forecasting, Annual Operating Plans, Long Range Planning and risk & opportunity management

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
