Job Summary and Qualifications
* This is a Part Time position *
As a Supervisor House Admin, you will serve as Administrator-In-House after hours, weekends and holidays.
What You Will Do In This Role:
- Assists in the provision of supplemental nursing staff to in-patient and other areas.
- Works with departments within the hospital to ensure appropriate and timely patient placement.
- Assists staff in obtaining needed supplies and equipment.
- Utilizes chain of command to address departmental or facility issues.
- Responds to emergencies on the campus and implements emergency plans for the facility.
- Interacts with patients, families, staff and physicians to ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
- Supports hospital mission, vision and goals.
- Places personal emphasis on customer service.
- Other duties as assigned
What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited scho0l of professional nursing
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Current RN license in the State of TX or compact license
- Current BLS issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Current ACLS issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- 2 years general duty staff experience required
- 2 years management experience (manager or unit supervisor)
- Some specialty are experience (ICU.ED, etc)
