OCI is growing alongside Oracle’s expanding AI data center portfolio, creating the need for program leaders who can bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to fast-moving work. We’re looking for a Program Manager who can organize complex initiatives, align diverse stakeholders, and move high-priority programs from planning through delivery.
In this role, you’ll manage strategic program delivery across business, operations, and community-facing workstreams. You’ll translate organizational priorities into clear plans, ownership models, milestones, and outcomes while ensuring work flows into central planning, reporting, prioritization, spend tracking, and leadership visibility.
You will partner across Oracle stakeholders to establish program structure, manage dependencies, track commitments and spend, and maintain visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and follow-through. Your work will help the organization scale high-impact programs that support Oracle’s broader AI data center expansion.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, untangles complex problems, and turns high-priority ideas into measurable results.
