The Strategic Analytics & Adoption team is seeking an experienced people manager to lead within Oracle Health Strategic Consulting Services team is seeking a Manager over Adoption Consultants. This manager will be responsible for people management, partner program, practice outcomes, and organizational development. Our Adoption Consulting Manager plays a critical role in maximizing customer and caregiver value.
This position will be responsible for the oversight, leadership, and development of Adoption Consultants to meet team and organizational goals. The manager will build, lead, and maintain a motivated and high-performing team through effective leadership.
This position will manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms, and propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate. As a leader on the team, they will analyze and report to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved. Adoption Consulting engagements drive increase in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and adoption.
This manager will use their communication skills to create alignment with internal and external stakeholders. This manager will lead and deliver against core organizational initiatives. They will have strong business acumen ensuring utilization trends meet organizational expectations. The position may also include Adoption Consultant work with clients that will ebb, and flow based on team size.
This position will travel 25% of the time (or less).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
