The Pharmacy Workflow Innovation team within Retail Store Operations identifies, designs, and implements workflow improvements that support business objectives while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards. This role partners across functions including DDAT, Pharmacy Operations, Growth, Regulatory, Legal, Quality & Safety, Field Leadership, and Enterprise teams to deliver data-driven insights and scalable operational solutions that enhance the colleague experience. The successful candidate will help execute strategic initiatives, influence workflow transformation, and support the development of innovative programs that improve pharmacy operations across the enterprise.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of strategic roadmaps and project plans, managing assigned deliverables with minimal supervision
Partner cross-functionally to gather requirements, support solution design, conduct testing and validation, and successfully launch workflow enhancements across the chain
Identify business challenges and leverage data-driven analysis to develop actionable insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement opportunities
Support communication, training, and change management efforts by creating field and corporate-facing materials and assisting with field communications
Manage project-related field support, escalations, risks, and stakeholder communications, including updates to leadership on project progress, opportunities, and challenges
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in retail pharmacy operations, including experience working in or supporting pharmacy environments, with strong knowledge of pharmacy systems and workflows
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority while effectively collaborating across teams to achieve business objectives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset, with experience translating complex data and operational challenges into actionable solutions
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive business matters with sound judgment and integrity
Self-directed, growth-oriented professional with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), a proven track record of high performance, and flexibility to travel occasionally as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in process innovation, including process and system diagnosis, business case development, solution definition, process mapping, and new system development
Knowledge of change management techniques a plus
Lean Six Sigma knowledge

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
