Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN)
Location: Fairfield, PA to Chambersburg, PA
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Join Our Team as a Compassionate Private Duty Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient who is visually impaired and requires G-tube support during transportation and school hours.

Schedule
- School-day hours
- Transportation assistance between Fairfield, PA and Chambersburg, PA
- Consistent weekly schedule aligned with the school calendar
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient.
- Monitor and manage G-tube feedings and care.
- Accompany and support the patient during transportation to and from school.
- Monitor the patient's overall health and well-being throughout the school day.
- Document care provided and communicate any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with family members, school personnel, and clinical supervisors as needed.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for the patient.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience with G-tube care preferred (training may be available for the right candidate).
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
