- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to complete receiving, loading, transporting, stocking, staging, organizing, picking, counting, and maintaining all packaging inventory
- Safety and efficiently operate a forklift to manage material movement within warehouse for purpose of ensuring efficient manufacturing operations and receiving and shipment of materials and finished goods to distribution points
- Remove finished goods from production lines. Place finished goods on a stretch wrapper. And put finished goods away to correct location in warehouse according to WMS
- Move or consolidate finished product to ensure inventory control practices are followed and to ensure proper housekeeping
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Properly place goods in Pushback Storage Racking locations safely and correctly while following inventory control practices
- Ensure proper inventory stock rotations utilizing FIFO methods
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Perform daily inspection of assigned equipment
- Complete battery changes and daily battery maintenance functions
- Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner to meet or exceed reasonable expectations within the area
- Perform other functions within the plant/warehouse as needed
- Maintain an awareness of and use Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
- For safety and business purposes, must have communication skills including reading, writing and must be able to communicate to others as well as be able to receive communication from others
- Performs live verifications to support production requirements
- Unloading and loading outbound Non Finished Goods materials using the blind shipping and receiving procedures
- Order packaging materials for production lines to meet the 24 hour and 36 hour requirements
- Labeling finished goods with LPNs
• Scanning Production for finished goods using WMS
