Role Description and Responsibilities:
The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with the company. Outreach Executives should be engaging Medicare seniors with the goal of having those individuals become patients of the company.
Outreach Executives will work very closely with their Regional Directors of Growth and Community Relationship Managers to help drive new patient growth locally in their assigned territory.

High school diploma
2-5 years prior relevant experience
Mission oriented
Ability to quickly connect and influence qualified prospects to consider Oak Street Health
Ability to execute and manage individual follow-up and pipeline tasks
Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
Ability to manage priorities simultaneously
Ability to travel locally as needed (market-dependent)
Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
Sales, community engagement, and/or healthcare experience a plus, but not required
Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
US work authorization

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $42.35
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
